Subject: i am trying to find a title

hi, about 10 - 15 years ago there has been a political advertisement on BBC television of the CONSERVATIVE party
In that spot Margareth Thatcher says: '.... give power to the people'
Then the music starts, and you can watch Thatcher in all kind of short film-clips in different situations.....in the house of commons, with the queen, visiting people, meeting other leaders and so on

While this happens you hear this great music.
I have always saved this fragment on videotape.
the notes below is a fragment of the melody.
perhaps someone recognizes it.

its a 8/8 tact, divided in 3+3+2, so a very exotic rhytm.
its a symphony orchestra with many drums, many brass and xylofhone and vibraphone.

I am searching this title for all these 10 to 15 years
perhaps someone know

Add a bit of sheet music, along with a MIDI file, simply by entering note names in Lilypond syntax between the [L] and [/L] tags.
