I have no youtube video for you :/ But - it was a rock/pop song that was on the radio (probably the 2000-2011 era). Male lead voice, guitars, drums, synth. The lyrics contained the phrase (partial - sorry!): "...I've been waiting seven long years......blah blah blah....... in Tangiers" (sic).

It is telling the story of a man that had met a woman in Tangier (s) some time ago and the singer tells of a possible reunion of the couple. 4/4 time I believe. Similar feel, instrumentation and era as The Editors - 'Every End Has a Start' but slower and more fluid.
