I have a piano score for that piece Thomas refers to. Mozart is listed as the composer, and it is entited "Kyrie Eleison". It is significantly longer than the hymn version.

I didn't see that you found an answer to this question. I am looking for sheet music for this tune. This is "Nottingham" by Mozart. C. H. Spurgeon wrote "The Drop that Grew into a Torrent" to this tune. I believe it was a poem. I have also seen the same poem/hymn titled "The Fountain of Praise".

Add a bit of sheet music, along with a MIDI file, simply by entering note names in Lilypond syntax between the [L] and [/L] tags.
