I'm not sure, though, because there are no beeps (well, in this recording), but the lyrics sound similar to what you wrote (key words, vowels) and it's a typical radio song from the 90's, so I thought I'll just ask you if this was what you had searched for.

I am really looking for a song with following text:
people to people is right to get down, everybody is right to get down to the moon .....
also some beeps are in the song.
I think the song was on the radio around the nineties.
It is possible that the text is not completely correct, but there are also some beeps in the song.

How to insert music:
Add a bit of sheet music, along with a MIDI file, simply by entering note names in Lilypond syntax between the [L] and [/L] tags.
For example, you can try what happens if you enter: [l]g'4 g'4 d''4 d''4 e''4 e''4 d''2[/l] (use the Preview function if you don't actually want to post this).
